Install in Outlook

  1. Open the signature, press Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C to copy.
  2. In Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
  3. Create a new signature, click the edit box, and paste.
  4. Type over the placeholders (name, title, phone numbers).
